Terms of sale and delivery

Valid from 9 October 2026. In case of any discrepancy, the Estonian version prevails.

These terms apply to purchases made in the raniorg.ee online shop. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. Matters not covered here are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, including the Law of Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act.

2. Products and prices

• All prices are in euros and final. Räniorg OÜ is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
• The delivery fee is shown in the shopping cart before you place the order (see Delivery).
• Campaign prices and quantity discounts are applied automatically in the cart. Discounts are not combined on one product – the best one for you applies. When you use a discount code, campaign prices and quantity discounts do not apply – the discount code applies instead.
• Signed-in customers with an earlier (paid or delivered) purchase may receive personalised offers, e.g. −15% on a flavour they have not bought before or free delivery for a certain quantity. The offer is calculated automatically from your earlier purchases and shown separately in the cart. We may change the offers; this does not affect orders already placed.
• Product images are illustrative; handmade products may vary slightly between batches.
• Ingredients, quantity and storage conditions are given in the product description and on the package; the best-before or use-by date is on the package. If you need more information before buying (e.g. about allergens), please write to us.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

1. Add products to the cart, enter your details and parcel locker, and choose a payment method.
2. Before placing the order you see all products, quantities, delivery and the total in the cart and can change them. You place the order with the button “Order with obligation to pay” (invoice) or “Order and pay” (bank link).
3. After you place the order, we email a confirmation with the order details, information on the right of withdrawal and the withdrawal form. The contract is concluded when the confirmation is sent.
4. You can cancel an unpaid order in your customer account (button “Cancel”) until the parcel has been packed or dispatched.
5. If a product unexpectedly runs out, we will contact you. You can choose a replacement or cancel the order – any amount already paid is refunded within 14 days at the latest.

4. Payment

Bank link

Bank link payments are provided by Maksekeskus AS. You pay in your own internet bank; we never see or store your bank login details. The order is considered paid once Maksekeskus has confirmed the payment.

Please pay the invoice within 7 days. If the payment does not arrive within this time, we may cancel the order.

Gift card, gift code and corporate gifts

• A gift card (raniorg.ee/kinkekaart) is a gift code with a balance, valid for 12 months from issue. It can be used in the "Gift code" field in the cart for one or several orders; any unused balance stays on the code. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or returned. The code is issued once payment is received and sent by email (to the recipient at the chosen time). If a gift card is lost or misused, contact us immediately.
• A gift code can be combined with a discount code. If an order is cancelled or its payment expires, the amount paid with the gift code is returned to its balance.
• Corporate gifts: volume discounts on gift boxes (e.g. 10+ boxes −10%, 40+ boxes −20%) are calculated in the cart. Under "Buying as a company" you can add company details, a recipient list (each box is sent straight to the recipient) and a greeting card text and logo.
• Gift sent straight to the recipient: with "This is a gift" we send the parcel to the chosen parcel locker in the recipient's name; there are no prices in the parcel and your greeting is included.

5. Delivery

• We deliver to parcel lockers in Estonia.
• Delivery costs €5. Orders with 10 or more products ship free.
• We usually dispatch your parcel within 1–3 working days after the payment arrives. Delivery to the parcel locker usually takes 1–2 working days. During holidays and larger campaigns delivery may take longer – we will let you know about any delay.
• When the parcel reaches the locker, the carrier sends a notification and an opening code to your phone or email.
• If the parcel is not collected, the carrier returns it to us. In that case we may ask the buyer to cover the cost of sending it again.
• Delivery of larger business orders (e.g. gift boxes for employees) is agreed separately.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day on which you or a person you named (other than the carrier) received the goods; for an order delivered in several parts, after receiving the last part.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to

• sealed food products whose seal (lid, film, sticker etc.) has been opened after delivery – for health protection and hygiene reasons, opened food cannot be returned;
• goods that deteriorate rapidly (marked on the product page).

How to withdraw

1. Notify us within 14 days with a clear statement, e.g. by email to info@raniorg.ee (Räniorg OÜ, Räni, Reolasoo village, 62022 Kambja Parish, Tartu County, Estonia, +372 58180577). You may use the form below, but it is not obligatory. It is enough to send your notice before the period expires.
2. Send the goods back to us no later than 14 days after notifying us. We will agree on the shipping method by email.
3. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

We refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same means of payment you used (for a bank transfer, the same account) unless agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fee for this. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back.

7. Defects and complaints

• Please check the parcel right after receiving it. If the parcel or a product was damaged in transit, send us a photo and description as soon as possible.
• You may submit a complaint about a defect within 2 years of receiving the goods. Please tell us about the defect within 2 months of discovering it. If a defect appears within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery.
• For defective goods we offer a replacement or a refund. We respond to complaints within 15 days.

8. Dispute resolution

We try to resolve any disagreement through negotiation. If we cannot reach an agreement, the consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee free of charge (Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, www.ttja.ee) or to a court.
