Rich cloudberry jam, slowly simmered for 11 hours. We add only 10% real sugar, because we want to bring out the genuine caramelised sweetness of the berry itself – 90% is cloudberries. Wonderful with cheese, in desserts and of course straight from the jar with a spoon.
